Ten Months

Silas .... in two short months ...actually less you will be a year old..
You are such a little worker ... you keep us all on our toes 24/7 literally.
At 10 months you have eights teeth.
You crawel at lightning speed.
You have taken many many steps on your own ... and will walk any day now.
You laugh.
You growl.
You shout.
You love the school bus .. and wave goodbye to Jake and Sophia as they
start their journey to school.
You love your taggie blanket and drag it everywhere.
You love toothbrushes.
You can not get enough Gerber zesty crunchies.
You still hate sleeping .... You have slept through the night only once.
You wear a size 12-18 month size.
You "put" on your socks by setting them on your feet.
You follow simple directions like ..."go get your cup" or " go get your blankie"
You love doggies.
You are an amazing dancer .. You stick your butt out and wave your hand around.
You play peek a boo.
You love bananas and tomatos.
You have had three haircuts... and get that dread lock looking patch in the back
You have a temper .
You love your daddy and your big brothers and sister.
You have had too many ear infections and will get tubes in January.
You make me tired:) Because you are so busy;)
You sort.
You make me smile everyday ...
It is hard having a little mister like you at my age;) But you are worth every up all night and non hair brushed day ... I just can not imagine life without you now:)

9 .... is a big number :)

Sophia is nine ...
I simply can not believe it ... Time is vapor.
At nine .... Sophia is a unique and beautiful girl...Growing up ... yet still mommy's baby. She is kind and funny. She is to the point and has a way of putting things that makes me grin. She is a good friend and an amazing big sister :) She is my helper ... my jokster and my Bridie. A straight A student .... an avid reader ....a huge Twilight buff ..... A talented artist and dancer ... A kick butt soccer player. She is sensitive and and wants to be a vetenarian someday ... she loves all animals big and small. She told me she wants to be a vegatarian .... but the only problem is " I hate Vegtables " I laughed out loud ...Guess you should try a few I said ...
What a good soul my Sophie is .... Simply amazing in my eyes. I am so proud of her in every way...

New Smile for Jakob

Oh soooo many changes in six weeks ..... never enough time to talk about it all ... one of my resolutions for the coming year is to find a few moments for me to do just that :) We will see how that goes .... :)
Jakob loves his new smile ... he actually did so well it even surprized me.
Two hours ... a downpayment and lots of new toothbrush instructions later .... we have a new Grill to celebrate :) :)
